RLSMCIS celebrated World Tourism Day with great enthusiasm, organizing a range of activities that promoted cultural awareness, geographical knowledge, and community bonding.
Primary School Activities (Classes 1-5) Our young explorers participated in:
– Tourism Poster Making: Creating vibrant posters promoting tourism in their hometown or favorite destination.
– Cultural Dress-Up: Dressing up in traditional attire from around the world, celebrating cultural diversity.
– Tourist Brochure Creation: Designing brochures highlighting popular tourist spots, local cuisine, and cultural events.
Middle School Activities (Classes 6-8) Our middle school students engaged in:
– Destination Presentation: Preparing presentations on chosen tourist destinations, covering history, culture, and attractions.
– Tourism Quiz: Participating in a quiz on tourism-related topics, testing their knowledge on famous landmarks, cultural festivals, and travel safety tips.
– Travel Journal Writing: Writing imaginative travel journal entries, exploring dream destinations.
High School Activities (Classes 9-12) Our high school students delved into:
– Debate on Sustainable Tourism: Engaging in a thought-provoking debate on the importance of sustainable tourism practices and their impact on local communities.
– Tourism Case Study: Conducting in-depth case studies on successful tourism campaigns or initiatives, analyzing strategies and outcomes.
– Travel Photography Exhibition: Organizing a stunning photography exhibition showcasing travel photos, highlighting cultural and historical significance.
