Dear Readers,

RLSMCIS celebrated Diwali in an eco-friendly way, encouraging creativity and cultural connection among our students. Here’s a glimpse into our festivities!

Eco-Friendly Firecrackers Making

Students from Classes 8, 9, and 11 participated in an innovative activity, crafting eco-friendly firecrackers using natural materials. This creative endeavor promoted sustainability and environmental awareness.

No-Fire Cooking: Sweets Galore!

Our students showcased their culinary skills by preparing a variety of delicious sweets using no-fire cooking methods. This activity encouraged creativity, teamwork, and healthy eating habits.

Ramayana-Based Catalyst Theory Questions

Students from Classes 5-9 explored the rich cultural heritage of the Ramayana through a project-based activity. They delved into thought-provoking questions like:

1. What if Ravan hadn’t kidnapped Sita Mata?

2. What if Hanumanji had not met Ramji?

3. What if Arjun was a part of the Ramayana?

This activity fostered critical thinking, creativity, and a deeper connection with our cultural roots.

Rangoli Competition

The celebration culminated in a vibrant Rangoli competition, where students showcased their artistic skills, creating intricate and colorful designs. This traditional art form added a touch of festive flair to our Diwali celebrations.

Outcome of the Celebration

Our Diwali celebration was a resounding success, achieving its dual objectives:

1. Promoting eco-friendly practices and environmental awareness.

2. Fostering creativity, cultural connection, and values-based learning.

We’re proud of our students for their enthusiastic participation and creative expressions!
