Our school recently organized a seminar on Mental Health and Wellness, with the objective of raising awareness about mental health, encouraging positive mental practices, and promoting wellness among students. The event was carefully timed to coincide with the post-midterm exam period, recognizing that academic stress can take a toll on students’ mental well-being.
Seminar Highlights
The seminar focused on essential topics such as stress management, self-care techniques, and the significance of a supportive environment. Our speaker, Aarti ma’am, delivered an engaging presentation that provided valuable insights into maintaining a balanced mental state, particularly during stressful academic periods.
Student Involvement
Students played an active role in the event, creating posters on various mental health topics that showcased their understanding and awareness. This creative outlet allowed students to express their thoughts and feelings about mental health, while also promoting a sense of community and shared responsibility.
