World Friendship Day Newsletter
Date – August 3th, 2024
Dear Readers,
On August 3rd, our school celebrated World Friendship Day with great enthusiasm and excitement. The day was filled with fun activities that promoted the value of friendship among our students.
Movie Time for Young Friends
Students from Class 1 and 2 had a blast watching movies that highlighted the importance of friendship. The films showcased the joy, laughter, and adventures that come with having good friends
.
Celebrating Friendships through Writing
Older students participated in writing activities that encouraged them to reflect on their friendships. Class 3, 4, and 5 students wrote about five of their closest friends, sharing why they cherish those relationships. This exercise helped enhance their writing skills and appreciate the value of their friendships.
The Importance of Friends
Students from Class 6 to 9 wrote thought-provoking essays on why friends are essential in our lives. Their writings highlighted the significance of friendships in overcoming challenges, sharing joys, and creating lasting memories.
Spreading the Spirit of Friendship
World Friendship Day was a wonderful opportunity for our students to celebrate the beauty of friendships. We hope that the activities and reflections will inspire our students to nurture their friendships and spread kindness and compassion throughout the year.
