RLSMCIS celebrated the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji with great fervor and devotion. A special assembly was conducted, where students from all classes participated to share the life, teachings, and significance of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Highlights of the Celebration

– Shabad Recitation: Students from Classes 1 to 8 sang melodious shabads that conveyed deep meanings and precious messages.

– Doha Recitation: Class 4 students recited dohas with great messages, showcasing their understanding of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s teachings.

– Importance of Teachings: Class 7 students emphasized the significance of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s teachings and their relevance in our lives.

– History and Sakhi: Class 9 students delved into the history of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and shared sakhis to help us understand him more deeply.

– Important Messages: Class 11 students shared important messages from Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s teachings, highlighting their significance in today’s world.

Anchoring

The program was expertly anchored by Rabnur (Class 9) and Jappreet (Class 11), who ensured a smooth and engaging flow of events.

Outcome of the Celebration

Our Guru Nanak Jayanti celebration was a resounding success, achieving its objective of promoting spiritual awareness, cultural understanding, and community bonding among our students. We’re proud of our students for their enthusiastic participation and heartfelt expressions!
