A Day of Literacy delight

RLSM CIS recently celebrated “World Book Day” with great enthusiasm and excitement. The event aimed to promote a love for reading, writing and literature among students.
Book Review Session
The celebration began with a book review session, where students share their thoughts and opinions on their favorite books. The session encouraged students to think critically about the books they read and to develop their communication skills.
Bookmark making activity
Next, students participated in a bookmark making activity where they designed and created their own bookmarks. The activity allowed students to express their creativity and to take home a personalized bookmark as a momento.
Speaking on favorite characters
The highlight of the event was a speaking session, where students spoke about their favorite book characters. The session provided students with an opportunity to showcase their public speaking skills and to share their love for reading with their peers.
Classmarks
The event concluded with an addings to the class marks in accordance to their participation.
A Resounding Success
The World Book Day celebration was a resounding success, with students and teachers alike participating with great enthusiasm. The event reinforced the importance of reading and literature in our lives and encouraged students to develop a lifelong love for books.
